About ICCS
Phenelle Segal, a registered nurse, certified in infection control (CIC) has 28 years of experience in the field and provides many services to a variety of health care facilities, organizations and companies.
Phenelle has directed programs in Maryland, California and Pennsylvania and was responsible for assisting the Pennsylvania Patient Safety Authority with developing the mandatory HAI reporting program for Pennsylvania between December 2007 and December 2010.
Phenelle most recently assisted behavioral health care facilities with accreditation including Joint Commission and American Osteopathic Association compliance.
In addition, she continues to travel to ASC’s throughout the nation, assisting with CMS compliance and providing an “extra set of eyes” during and after various procedures.
